By ticking the "Renew automatically" checkbox and paying for the Pro plan, I agree that Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Vladimirovich Shkil (INN 561017656972, OGRNIP 325565800076010; the "Contractor"), through the payment acceptance service of ROBOKASSA LLC, will automatically charge the bank card with which I paid for Pro the fee for the Pro plan of the BF Designer software on the following terms. The checkbox is unticked by default; without it, Pro is paid once.
What Is Charged and When
- At the end of each paid term, the fee for the next term of the same length is charged: {N} months.
- The amount is the price in effect on the date of the charge. On the date of my consent, it is {price} ₽ for {N} months.
- Charges continue until I cancel auto-renewal.
What the Contractor Undertakes
- 3 days before each charge — to send the date and amount of the charge to the e-mail address specified at payment and to show them in the software.
- If the price changes — to notify me of the new price at least 7 days before the charge.
- After each charge — to send the cash receipt by e-mail.
- If a charge fails — to retry it 1 day and 3 days after the end of the paid term and to notify me of each failed attempt. While attempts are ongoing, Pro remains active. After the third failed attempt, auto-renewal is disabled and no debt arises.
How to Cancel
Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time with a single click — in the software (Settings → License) or on pay.blenderfamily.com — or by writing to support@blenderfamily.com. After cancellation, no further charges are made. The term already paid for runs until its end.
What Is Stored
The Contractor stores confirmation of this consent: date and time, IP address, term, amount and frequency of charges, the version of this text and the number of the first payment in Robokassa, as well as a record of each cancellation. The Contractor does not receive or store bank card details.
