I consent to Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Vladimirovich Shkil (INN 561017656972, OGRNIP 325565800076010, Orenburg; hereinafter "the Sender") sending me marketing and informational messages: BF Designer news, announcements of new features, promotions, discounts and offers of the Sender's products and services.
Where messages are sent
- to my e-mail address that I have provided in the software or on pay.blenderfamily.com;
- in Telegram via the bot @bfdesigner_bot, if I have linked Telegram to my Account.
Data
For the mailing, the Sender processes my e-mail address and, if Telegram is linked, my Telegram ID: collects, records, stores, uses and deletes them. The e-mail address provided on the Payment Page for the cash receipt is used for the mailing only if this box is ticked; without it — only for receipts and charge reminders. The data are stored on the Sender's server in Russia and are not transferred to third parties for advertising purposes. E-mails are sent through the Timeweb e-mail service (Russia).
How to give consent and opt out
Consent is given by ticking the separate optional "Send me news and offers" checkbox — at registration in the software or on pay.blenderfamily.com, in the software settings or on the Payment Page next to the e-mail field — or by pressing the "Yes, send them" button in the "Documents" section of the Bot. The checkbox is unticked by default, and the button is not pre-selected.
Opting out is possible at any time: via the "Unsubscribe" link in an e-mail, the toggle in the software settings, the button in the "Documents" section of the Bot, or by e-mail to legal@blenderfamily.com. After opting out, the messages stop, and the e-mail address and Telegram ID are removed from the mailing list within 30 days.
Opting out of the mailing limits nothing: the license key, the software and the AI services work as before.
Service messages — about issuing a license key, the end of Pro, balance top-ups and upcoming token expiry, changes to documents, and replies from support — are not advertising and are sent regardless of this consent.
This consent is valid until it is withdrawn.
